Most libraries and information centers face the challenges of time, management pushback, and budget constraints. This session is a case-study of how one research department leveraged available technology to plan, start, and evolve outreach efforts to gain deeper insights into the needs of their internal clients. As a result, it was able to streghten its position as a strategic partner in the firm's practice and business development efforts.
