To capture their full potential, Large Language Models (LLMs) rely on high-quality content including books, scholarly journals, news, and a wide range of online and specialty publications. Copies of content are made and stored in the use of AI, and organizations using these technologies face infringement risk. This presentation will cover the intersection of AI and copyright, including the importance of licensing to enable the legal use of copyright-protected content for the training and ongoing use of AI solutions.
