Come hear the results of a year-long project comparing various generative AI technologies and their ability to successfully answer legal and competitive intelligence research quetions. Performed by research company RoFinCo, LLC, participants will hear a breakdown of the questions asked and the results of several AI technologies (ChatGPT, CoPilot, etc.). We will touch on issues such as: What are the pros and cons of these services? Which service provided the “best” answers? What are the intricacies of prompt engineering? This is a case study for every Librarian on the current state of AI technologies and their usefulness in answering patron questions.
